Action Team Realty is a trusted, locally owned, and family-run real estate brokerage serving the Colorado Springs community. Established in 1982 by Brent Hawker, a respected REALTOR® with over four decades of experience, our firm has deep roots in the area.
Our team comprises a proficient broker, nine licensed agents, and dedicated support staff, all committed to providing exceptional service. Brent Hawker

Brent Hawker's passion for real estate began in the early 1980s, and it has since become both his hobby and profession. Known as the "condo king" during the savings and loan crisis, Brent leveraged his expertise to build a successful property management company with two partners. His strategic acquisitions laid the foundation for their business growth.
Brent's ventures extend beyond real estate. He ventured into diverse entrepreneurial pursuits, including a wedding venue, car lot, and phone company, reflecting his dynamic interests and entrepreneurial spirit.
In the Monument area, Brent's vision led to the acquisition and development of two prestigious high-end developments, Kings Deer and Cathedral Pines, showcasing his commitment to quality and innovation in real estate.
A family man at heart, Brent has cherished working alongside his three sons in the real estate industry for over two decades. Together, they continue to expand their footprint, uphold their legacy, and pursue new ventures in the ever-evolving world of real estate. Todd Hawker
VP of Sales
Todd Hawker is a seasoned real estate professional based in Colorado, bringing nearly two decades of expertise to the industry. Specializing in property transactions, Todd's unique background in construction allows him to effectively manage property renovations and rehabilitations, ensuring exceptional quality and value for his clients.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Todd fully immerses himself in the Colorado lifestyle. During winter, he enjoys hitting the slopes for skiing adventures, while summers are spent mountain biking with his family.
Community involvement holds a significant place in Todd's life. He actively participates in his church community, dedicating his time and efforts to various impactful initiatives and services that benefit those around him.

Scott Hawker
VP of Property Management
Scott, a Colorado Springs native, brings extensive experience from his family real estate business, assisting clients ranging from first-time homeowners to investors. His expertise covers a wide range of areas including short sales, distressed properties, REO's, BPO's, auctions, and he currently manages over 450 properties.
Scott holds certifications as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
In his leisure time, Scott enjoys relaxing and cheering on the Broncos with his wife and son.

Bart Atkinson
Land Developer, Realtor
As Associate Broker at Action Team Realty for the last 12 years, Bart is an expert in Colorado Springs area real estate, working with residential buyers, sellers, and investors. Bart spends the majority of his focus on residential land development and sales, in addition to providing top-quality service for traditional residential real estate.
Bart’s current development project is a 75 lot affordable housing development in Florence, Colorado. Bart initiated this development with a non-profit organization and partnered with the local and state governments to provide affordable housing options to Colorado families.
Mike Martinez
Assistant Property Manager, REALTOR®
Mike moved to Colorado Springs in 1991, and other than a 6-year stint in the Navy, has lived in Colorado Springs ever since. In the Navy, his rating was Cryptologic Technician Interpretive Second Class, he served at the National Security Agency as an Arabic linguist. During that time he worked as a Remote Collections Operator and Mission Manager for an Air Handler shop and earned the Joint Services Commendation Medal.
After leaving the Navy, he briefly attended UCCS for Electrical Engineering, however, after working for Action Team Realty during a summer break, he loved the job and people so much he never went back. Mike has been with Action Team Realty since May 2017 and is the Assistant Property Manager and a licensed REALTOR®.
Rosa Taylor
Leasing Coordinator
Rosa is the Leasing Coordinator for Action Team Realty. She is a Colorado native and comes from the oldest town in Colorado, San Luis. She enjoys camping, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their 4 boys. She also loves music and watching football on Sundays. Go Broncos!
Tayler Inniss
Administrative Assistant
Tayler has lived in beautiful Colorado for six years. She enjoys spending time on hikes with her small Maltese dog, Groot, and with her seven-year-old son, Aydin.
Tayler works as an administrative assistant for Action Team Realty. She efficiently schedules meetings between leasing agents and prospective tenants through calendar invites and confirmation emails, ensuring high-level coordination and time management. Tayler answers commonly asked questions to fulfill information requests and ensures that receipts for payments and documentation are issued accurately and professionally. She handles all incoming mail, such as tenant rent checks or vendor invoices, ensuring they are properly sorted and distributed daily. Tayler works closely with tenants to address issues like late rent, repair requests, or violations through respectful and solution-oriented correspondence.
Tammy Arnold
Accounting Manager
Tammy, the Accounting Manager at Action Team Realty, has built her career working for small companies with robust customer service traditions, making her role at Action Team Realty an ideal fit.
Her primary responsibilities include managing bill payments and maintaining and balancing the books. She is happy to be living in Colorado, where some of her family has been since the 1800s! Tammy and her husband are relishing the empty-nester lifestyle together.
Tagan Hawker
Office Manager
Tagan Hawker serves as the Office Manager at ATR, where her strong organizational skills and creative design background make her an asset. She has a passion for both interior and graphic design, which she skillfully incorporates into her work.
For 25 years, Tagan has literally been married to the real estate business. Together with Todd, they have three boys. Tagan dedicated many years to being a stay-at-home mom, providing a nurturing environment for their children.
At ATR, Tagan manages office operations, coordinates marketing projects, and oversees many of the design choices. Her blend of creativity and practical management skills ensures the smooth running of the office and contributes to the company's ongoing success.
Chris Morrison
Realtor
As a native to Colorado Springs licensed since 2008, Chris knows the city well. He has knowledge and experience working in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry. In fact, Chris was the recipient of the prestigious 2013 Best of the Springs award for Best Realtor!
Chris has worked with a range of clients from first-time home-buyers to seasoned investors. He is a Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), and is ready to assist investors in everything from property searches, negotiating deals, and property management.
When Chris isn't closing deals, he enjoys fishing, hitting the slopes on his snowboard, and hiking the grueling Manitou Incline.
Bethanie Smith

Born and raised in the heart of North Dakota, Bethanie's journey led her to discover the breathtaking mountains of Colorado Springs nearly two decades ago, and she has been captivated ever since. For almost 20 years, she has called this vibrant city her home, relishing in its stunning landscapes and vibrant community.
Bethanie's path to Colorado began with academic pursuits at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), where she not only earned a bachelor's degree but also fell in love with Colorado Springs. She met her husband, Brian, shortly after graduation, and together they have woven their lives into this city, now raising two energetic boys in this amazing place.
Her decision to make Colorado her permanent home wasn't just about the majestic mountains or the endless outdoor adventures; it was about the sense of community and belonging that she found here. Now, as a Realtor, Bethanie is committed to helping others discover their own piece of Colorado paradise, whether that's assisting buyers in finding their dream homes or aiding sellers with their investment ambitions.
Stefan Eiles
Realtor, Property Manager
Stefan grew up in the Springs and loves the area too much to stay away. He finds that the more he travels, the more he loves Colorado. After completing a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Marketing at Azusa Pacific University, he came back home to achieve an MBA from UCCS and pursue real estate.
Stefan is a Realtor, helping clients to buy and sell homes, as well as a property manager, specializing in managing fully-furnished, Short-Term Rentals. He’s looking forward to playing an active part in developing the community and he’d love to help you find your place in it while answering any property questions along the way.
He has been married since 2017, so he considers himself a full-fledged expert at that already with absolutely nothing left to learn. He’s an ever-aspiring author and game designer who very much enjoys racquetball, reading, and playing tabletop games, though not all at the same time. He is an amateur chef who consumes books, a halfway-decent shuffleboard player, and a virtual stand-up comedian who cannot be trusted to write online biographies.
